Articulate Rise Project
Below, you’ll find the planning and execution documents covering the elements of my Articulate Rise trainings. Use the navigation buttons on the Document Viewer below to transition between both documents, and use the scroll within the Document Viewer to fully view each document.
Planning
Problem/Goal
Facilitators across all of my MATTER Innovation Hubs (MIH) often reach out to me asking me to update their Shared iPads.
Objective
Provide step-by-step training in an interactive format to allow my facilitators to be confident enough to update their Shared iPads on their own.
Stakeholders
MIH facilitators, Jamf Community Education Initiatives team.
Target Audience
MIH facilitators.
Execution
Design Process
With this project, I wanted to create an interactive training module to help my MIH facilitators learn how to update their Shared iPads independently. I often receive emails asking me to perform these updates, even though facilitators have the ability to do them on their own. This training is designed to give them the confidence to do so—especially important since my facilitators are located around the globe and can’t always wait for my support.
Reflection
Articulate Rise wasn’t my favorite training tool to use due to its limitations on user interaction. I would have preferred a platform that allowed for more simulations and richer video-based engagement. However, those limitations stem from the tool itself rather than the design process. Continue to the Document Viewer below to explore more details about the Shared iPad training.
